No-Gi Grappling
Dynamic Grappling Without a Kimono
Su 11:00–12:30

No-Gi BJJ is the modern, athletic version of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in which training takes place without the traditional uniform (gi). Instead, our athletes wear functional sportswear such as rash guards and shorts. Since there is no fabric to grab onto, the entire style of fighting changes: Grips on the arms and neck require precise timing, and the training becomes noticeably faster, more dynamic, and more fluid due to sweat. No-Gi combines the sophisticated joint locks and chokeholds of jiu-jitsu with the powerful throws and positional battles of classical wrestling. It’s the perfect workout for building endurance, coordination, and functional strength, and is also considered the ideal foundation for modern MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced martial artist—with us, you’ll learn the techniques step by step in a safe training environment.
